Using a tun dish is advised for every 6 and 10 grid combi oven installation. By allowing the drainage from the oven to filter into the tun dish, you are allowing an air gap between the oven which is important not only for the operation of the oven but also to protect the oven in case of any drainage blockages or foul smells further down the drain (which we do not want coming up into the oven). These units are very simple to install.
