Automatic Mode

The automatic mode is the easiest way of cooking, offering 8 cooking families according to different food types and 3 special cycles (Low Temperature, Regeneration and Proving): just select your icon or food image, and relax knowing everything is under control!
Select food family, cooking mode and type of food, then press Start.
The oven automatically detects the food’s type and load size. Cooking time, temperature and ideal cooking climate are then calculated and automatically and continuously adjusted.
